Areas of shipping
We are focused on serving customers in 'Greater Toronto Area' and surroundings. Although we ship to customers anywhere in Canada (restrictions may apply). Extra shipping charges may apply to addresses that are rural, and out of province. U.S. and International shipping requires special request by customer.

Methods of shipping
We offer pick-up, delivery by our own truck to local customers, Loomis Express, Canada Post, or third party direct shipping on certain items.

Limitations
Some heavy, and large volume items such as box of copy papers, box of toilet papers may incur extra shipping cost or refusal of delivery. Please contact us for details.

Our Rights
The Supply Room reserve the right to cancel, modify, refuse, change of shipping cost or method. We will notify you if any change in shipping may need to be discussed with you before the shipment.
